Simplifying and automating the sales process.
To collaborate with Palm Tree, we first had to understand how its customers order items. We developed an RFQ (request for quote) system that allowed users to fill a quote folder. Palm Tree could then deliver a detailed order form to customers, making it easier to send a follow-up quote and significantly simplifying the ordering process.
