      About Us

We're a UX and web development team creating exceptional digital experiences for clients who value strategy and craftsmanship. Founded in 2008, we've built our reputation on delivering custom WordPress and Shopify solutions that combine beautiful design with solid technical execution. Our collaborative environment means you'll work directly with UX designers, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to life.

      The Role

We're looking for experienced WordPress developers who can transform Figma designs into clean, responsive websites. You'll build custom themes from the ground up using core WordPress functionality—no page builders or drag-and-drop tools. We need people who writes code, not someone who configures Elementor widgets.

You'll develop custom WooCommerce solutions, create Shopify stores, and build websites that perform beautifully across all devices. While you won't speak directly with clients, you'll be implementing solutions for our direct client relationships and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Your typical week includes hand-coding WordPress themes, building WooCommerce functionality, optimizing site performance, and collaborating with UX designers to ensure seamless design-to-development workflows.

      What You'll Need

      Required Qualifications:

      • Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
      • Absolutely must have 5+ years experience building custom WordPress themes from the ground up
      • Expert proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP
      • Gutenberg block development experience
      • Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) proficiency
      • Experience with WooCommerce development and customization
      • Shopify theme development and Liquid templating experience
      • Strong ability to convert Figma designs to responsive, clean code
      • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
      • API integration experience
      • Understanding of analytics and tag management
      • Version control experience with Git
      • Understanding of performance optimization and SEO best practices
      • Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
      • Portfolio demonstrating custom-coded, responsive websites (no page builder work)

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with build tools (Vite, Webpack, Gulp, or similar)
      • MySQL database optimization experience
      • Understanding of headless WordPress implementations
      • Experience with testing frameworks

      Ready to Apply?

Send us your resume, portfolio link, and a brief note about why you're interested in joining our team. In your note, include links to 3 WordPress sites you've built using custom code (please, no page builder examples).

We're excited to meet developers who share our passion for creating exceptional web experiences and wants to grow with a team that values both technical excellence and collaborative creativity.
